Experienced Counsel
My wife Mandy and I have served together at multiple churches, from mega-church settings, to church plants, to our current church - which grew from 600 in worship to over 1300 in just a few years.
Our passion is recruiting and directing the volunteers that God has called to the church, equipping them to utilize their God-given gifts to lead His people in His worship
Our ministry experience has led hundreds of volunteers in bands, tech teams, praise teams, choirs, kids choirs and special groups/events
Our background has consisted of several different denominations, leadership structures, staffing environments and volunteer pool sizes, situations and personalities. Our experience can help navigate the intricacies in running a diverse and authentic ministry

Jason Sears
Jason has been in worship leadership for over 28 years. Working in churches from mega size, to church plants and his current church of over 2600, his passion is recruiting, training and equipping volunteers - whomever God may bring
Mandy Sears
Mandy has led children's choirs for over 34 years and has written 3 different children's musicals. She has a wholistic approach to teaching kids about Jesus through music and worship.
